Please make sure that you are seated when using the mirrors in the scale to look at the bottom of your feet. To observe your left foot it is easiest to hold it over the right side portion of the mirror. To observe your right foot it best to hold it over the left side of the mirror. Also, please make sure that the lights are illuminated around the side of the mirror. If they are not on, simply press the button at the front of the scale.
The light does not stay on long enough. What should I do?
Simply press the button at the front of the scale and the lights will come back on for an additional 90 seconds.
The scale shows “Err” What’s wrong?
This can happen for 2 reasons:
1) The scale did not calibrate properly. Try moving the scale to a hard, flat surface.
2) The scale was not able to make a weight measurement. Please make sure to stand still once you are on the scale. If your weight is shifting around the scale can not make an accurate measurement. If the scale can not get an accurate reading within 10 seconds, you will get an error (“Err”).
My weight reading is “0.0”. What should I do?
Please make sure to stay on the scale until you hear the beep. If this does not help, call us at 1-800-461-0991
The scale shows “HIGH”
The scale will only measure accurately to a maximum of 400lbs/180kg. Any weight above this will register as “HIGH”.
